3.08 San Diego Slewage - QB Matt Scott

In the real world: Scott was an undrafted free agent out of Arizona who signed with the Jaguars Huckle Cats, which means he lucked into a great job situation. All he has to compete against are Blaine Gabbert (who craps himself every time there's a pass rush and was overrated coming out of college to begin with) and Chad Henne. If Mark Long of the Associated Press is right about what he's seen out of those two, then Scott has a very good chance of becoming 2013's Tomo Romo—the undrafted free agent who beat out a couple crappy QB's and start as a rookie. We just won't see any signs of it yet because Scott suffered a high ankle sprain in rookie minicamp.
In the TUFF world: San Diego has Joe Flacco and Andy Dalton, plus Redskins backup Kirk Cousins, so they can sit back and see how Scott fares in training camp. At the very least, Scott could add some depth at QB for the Slewage.
