1.16 Pittsburgh BIG PAPAS - WR Aaron Dobson
(originally drafted by Dallas)

In the real world: Dobson joins a revamped WR corps in New England, where Wes Welker and Brandon Lloyd have left and Danny Amendola has arrived. New England has had trouble drafting WR's as of late (Chad Jackson, Brandon Tate, Taylor Price). You could argue that since they've had better luck with veterans they get from other teams (Welker, Moss, Lloyd), and that they should just not spend draft picks on wideouts. But the Pats haven't had anyone with Dobson's size/speed combo in some time, as ESPN Boston's Field Yates points out.
In the TUFF world: Dallas drafted Dobson to close out Round 1, then traded him to Pittsburgh, along with its #1 pick in 2015, for RB Joseph Randle (taken at 1.15). So if you're keeping score, Pittsburgh has taken their own first round pick (1.12) and turned it into Dobson, a future #1 and two future #2's. Fantastic trading when you consider that supposedly, this year's draft is one of the more shallow ones in league history.
